Making Numbers Fun Through Exploration

The Pre-Nursery students of Beaconhouse Johar Town Junior enjoyed an engaging and interactive Number Hunt activity conducted within their classrooms. The activity was designed to make early numeracy learning fun, meaningful, and hands-on, helping students recognize and understand numbers enjoyably.

Searching and Identifying Numbers

During the activity, numbers were hidden and placed around the classroom in creative ways. Students excitedly explored their surroundings, searching for numbers and identifying them with enthusiasm. This playful approach encouraged curiosity, observation skills, and active participation among young learners.

Learning Through Play

As students found each number, they were guided to recognize, name, and sometimes even match or repeat them. This hands-on experience helped strengthen their number recognition skills while making learning feel like an exciting game rather than a formal lesson.

A Joyful Numeracy Experience

The activity concluded with happy smiles and a sense of accomplishment. The Number Hunt proved to be a fun and effective way to introduce early mathematics, reinforcing the idea that learning becomes most powerful when it is interactive and enjoyable.

At Beaconhouse Johar Town Junior, we continue to create such meaningful learning experiences that build strong foundations for our young learners.
