Co-curricular activities play a crucial role in boosting students’ confidence while enhancing their teamwork and sportsmanship. On December 11th, 2024, BSS JTJ hosted its much-awaited Annual Sports Gala, a spectacular event inspired by the theme of the Olympics. The entire venue was beautifully decorated with vibrant and colorful backdrops, creating an immersive and visually captivating environment that inspired energy and enthusiasm among the young athletes.

We were privileged to have as our esteemed guest of honor, Mr. Majid Qureshi, the Regional Director at Beaconhouse Group, who graced the occasion with his presence and shared words of encouragement for the students.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from the students of Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten levels, each showcasing their talents in a variety of performances. The little athletes impressed the audience with their skillful displays of Karate, Aerobics, and a delightful Mime Act/Dance. These performances not only highlighted their physical abilities but also their creativity, discipline, and dedication. In addition, the students took part in several exciting races designed to test their agility, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. From hurdle races to relay events, every race was a testament to the students’ hard work and team spirit.

Throughout the day, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, cheers, and a true sense of community as students supported one another. The event not only provided a platform for students to demonstrate their athleticism but also allowed them to experience the joy of friendly competition.

At the end of the day, every participant was recognized for their effort and commitment. Medals and certificates were awarded to the students for their sportsmanship and participation, making them feel valued and appreciated.

The Annual Sports Gala was indeed a memorable and successful event, showcasing the incredible talents and potential of the young students, and reinforcing the importance of co-curricular activities in nurturing well-rounded individuals.
