Art is everywhere. It just needs to be found and brought into the spotlight.
Open Day is a superb chance to showcase the talent and creativity of the students who are the budding artists of the future. Our Open Day was held on 10th February 2023, Friday evening, the perfect weekend start!
The school was decorated with all the different kinds of art one could think of. From beautiful truck art to a royal elephant standing at the entrance, to displaying intricate Sindhi Kashi work, to different subjects being as creative as possible with their projects, it was a sight to behold.
To add to the list, class 4 students showed up as different characters. Some of them represented the dearest cultures of our dearest country and did a ramp walk. It was a nice view to see the kids confidently carrying themselves.
Apart from the ramp walk, some young performers presented stage performances and left the audience in awe of the limits of creativity they can reach. An Urdu drama performance had the audience in its capture with realistic costumes and superb acting. On the other hand, we could not get enough of the young singers that are soon to be the voice of the country.
There was also the arrangement of food and snacks by the young chefs from grade 6. They made sure the crowd doesn’t go back on empty stomachs and served scrumptious meals to the people. Not to mention the profit they made. *Chef’s kiss*
Needless to say, the audience was thrilled to see their children turning out to be excellent artists in the form of chefs, stage performers, and art creators.
