“Everything’s always ending. But everything’s always beginning, too”. With that being said, it is finally that time of the year when BCP Qasimabad bids farewell to its beloved pupils!
On October 1st, BCP Qasimabad organised Graduation Ceremony to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of the Class of 2022. The evening kick-started when the proud students and esteemed faculty members marched in unison to their designated seats. After a brief intermission to glorify Allah and regard the national anthem, the event came into full swing. The hosts, Ms. Sidra Reyasat and Ms. Marvi Leghari, kept the ambivalence at bay by staying cheerful on such a poignant occasion.
Once everyone had settled, BCP Qasimabad’s honourable principal, Sir Kashif Rajper were requested to come on stage and share a few words. Mr. Rajper’s oration had a deep impact on the audience. He perfectly summarized the juxtaposition of bittersweet emotions everyone was feeling, but also ignited hope amongst the graduates and their teachers. He reminded them of how this is only the first step towards a brilliant future and the resolute faith he has in his pupils.
Sir Rajper’s speech encouraged the hosts to commence the highlight of the event; presenting accolades to the deserving students. Amongst the remarkable graduates were Azka Nawaz, Malaha Ali, Ajlal Khan, Mannal Irshad, Saniya Arshad, and many more. The laurels bestowed memorialised milestones such as scoring abundant A*s, securing placements in reputable universities and acquiring maximum scholarships!
To further embolden the graduates, Muhammad Ajlal Khan – who got admitted into Duke Kunshan University – and Rutbaa Ayaz Shaikh – who recently returned after spending a year in the US as an exchange student for the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange & Study (YES) Program – shared their experiences and how they accomplished these milestones.
Once all the gold, silver and bronze medals had been awarded, a photography session took place to preserve the night’s memories forever.
Amid the endearing embraces, teary goodbyes and anticipation for what the future holds, BCP wishes all its graduates eternal success and a bright time ahead!
