This is a day for children, by children, all over the world to help save children’s lives, fight for their rights and help them fulfill their potential.

Our school celebrated children’s day on Monday, 22nd November 2021 by involving students in various activities include the following:

  • Culture is to describe the shared attitudes, practices and beliefs of a certain group of people as there are many different cultures around the world. People speak different languages and practice different religions. For this special day our dear students were asked to wear colourful cultural clothes in which they all looked smart and beautiful. They all smiled, laughed together and had lovely snapshots with their teachers.
  • Students of Class 2B participated in the assembly presentation on the topic diversity: “We are different, we are the same”. The presentation gives idea to young children to respect and celebrate the differences in all people. The world becomes a much more beautiful place when we celebrate what we have in common. Students came dressed up and spoke their lines confidently. Their parents were invited to appreciate and boost their confidence level. They ended the presentation with a song “Together we can change the world”. The school head Ms. Sonia Rizwan appreciated students on their performance and awarded all of them with a participation certificate.
  • As all students want to learn, laugh, grow and explore so with this idea they were given the opportunity to make the colourful clay pots with the help of potter. They were excited while doing this activity and took their clay pot home along with them as give away.
  • As we all know that children are effective communicators and through the creative arts, they learn to make meaning. So in this regard; we asked our students to freely express their thoughts, ideas and feelings about children’s day through drawing. All classes were assigned different themes level wise include imagination, joy & happiness and others. Their drawings were displayed in their respective classrooms and parents were invited for a gallery walk to appreciate their child’s amazing piece of work.

All in all, it was a fun filled day for all students. The day ended with Happy Children’s Day Cap which was given to all students as token of love; during home time.
