When in stress, exercise would be the last thing you would think of. But, exercise is the natural antidote to stress. Exercises releases serotonin- a neurotransmitter that helps you positively to deal with stress.
So next time you are in stress take some timeout for yourself. Endeavor a 20 minutes yoga session, or a 15 minutes’ walk or may be a 10 minutes run and let biology help. Feel the difference!
