Our recent session, “Harmonizing Minds,” hosted by the college Music Club, was a remarkable exploration into the power of music as a tool for mental well-being. Taking place in the welcoming Music Room, the atmosphere was charged with excitement as students gathered to engage in a series of music-based activities aimed at reducing stress, improving mood, and enhancing emotional expression.

The session kicked off with a thought-provoking discussion on how music reflects and influences mood.
