An interactive session was conducted with the Potohar Campus Girls Branch on Tuesday 22nd February, 2022. The main concerns of the talk covered the Adverse Effects of the Use of Social Media in the Adolescents. The risks involved in the overuse of Social Media were discussed. Students were briefed on how Social Media has a damaging impact on their social, academic as well as personal life. Issues regarding Cyber bullying and procrastinating on social media were discussed. As a knowledge chunk possible ways to beat social Media Addiction and points busting their procrastination habit were shared.
