The time of the term is finally here where you feel you are under heaps of pressure. There’s no getting away from it. Sitting for exams can be a stressful experience for most of us. This pressure makes relaxing a challenge- botching our focus to do well.

While preparing for the exams it is okay to take small intervals to relax. Do not forget to stay hydrated, to sleep well and to eat well. Affirmation of your preparation is all that you need. Be equipped by knowing a bit of everything in each module. Practice plenty of past papers will boost your confidence.

A positive mindset can do wonders and it is all that you need to carry with you to the exam hall. Tell yourself that you have done all the preparation and you are going to give your best. If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety and nervousness remind yourself that you are well-prepared. Try to breathe slowly and deeply and remind yourself to “take it easy, RELAX”.

Keeping track of time can be tricky when you are absorbed on completing your exam. Plan the exact time you would allocate to each section/question. This will stop you from panicking in the exam and will keep your focus intact.

Take care of your physical health to study better and you will definitely perform better.
