Peer review of teaching offers a powerful opportunity for colleagues to observe one another’s teaching strategies and, where appropriate, to discuss ways to better align those practices with disciplinary and departmental goals. It provides a metacognitive process of learning in that both the students and the teachers are able to receive feedback. To maintain quality standards, improve performance, and provide credibility, a peer review session was held today at BKI-PWD. We are grateful to Ms. Azra Kashif from BKI F-8/2 Branch and Ms. Tehreem from Beaconhouse Muzaffarabad Branch for visiting our branch and acknowledging their effective feedback to heighten the expertise of our teachers.
