Kashmir Solidarity Day (Urdu: یوم یکجہتی کشمیر) or Kashmir Day is a national holiday observed in Pakistan on 5 February annually. It is observed to show Pakistan’s support and unity with the people of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmiri separatists’ efforts to secede from India and to pay homage to the Kashmiris who have died in the conflict. To raise awareness of the carnage, and to remind the world that the land of the brave still needs to be freed, Kashmir day was celebrated at BKI PWD with national zeal and a spirit of solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
Our students recorded beautiful messages for Kashmiris. Their voice will merge with the voices of other countrymen to keep Kashmiri’s freedom struggle alive.
