It is such a pleasure to introduce our budding bloggers on this forum. We encouraged them to write, proofread, edit and improvise till they get the perfection they are looking for. Though they still need more maturity in their writing style still we feel giving them opportunity will give them the necessary boost they need to sharpen their skill.

Summer by Abdullah Irfan of Grade 5 Aqua

I like the summer season as it is the time for playing outside and we can go to the swimming pool, park or any other place where we can enjoy playing. It is the season of many fresh fruits and vegetables like watermelon, mango, Lychee, cucumber etc. The reason why I love this season so much is that during this season, we get around two months of summer vacations.

There are plenty of leaves on the trees and lots of flowers are in plants. Many trees and other plants produce fruits during summers. People spend time outside, enjoying the long sunny days. We join summer camps and do a lot of activities. That’s why I like summer season.

Spring by Abiha Salman of Grade 5 Aqua

Spring season is the time of year when the weather starts to change. Spring is a transition season between the winter and summer seasons. The days get longer and nights get shorter, the temperature are milder and flowers bloom. There is a warm wind in the spring season in the air. Spring season is called as The King of all the seasons and it is famous as nature is at its youth. It is neither cold nor very hot, the weather is moderate with pleasant breeze especially at night. There is fresh natural greenery everywhere. All around there are flowers blooming and birds chirping happily on the green trees. It is the season of fragrance, beauty, fresh leaves, and flowers. There are many different activities we can do in Spring season like have a picnic at the park, do some gardening, see the cherry blossoms, go for hiking, ride a bike, play softball, and many other activities. The first day of Spring is called The Vernal Equinox. A person at the South Pole would see the sun skimming across the horizon, beginning six months of uninterrupted daylight. Spring season is certainly the best season anywhere on Earth. A lot of activities can easily be carried out in Spring.

Autumn by Syed Hashim Shah of Grade 5 Aqua

There are four seasons. Autumn is one of them. It comes after hot summers and before cold winters. Autumn is a very beautiful season. The duration of day become shorter and duration of night becomes longer. Autumn starts with the weather changes. When Autumn comes the colour of the leaves also changes. The birds also migrate to different places. Autumn is called the season of Mist or Fall or the season of Harvest. “Autumn is the season that teaches us that change can be beautiful.”

I hope you all enjoy the cold breezes of Autumn and the yummy pepper spice hot coffee.
