Kashmir Day was celebrated with full fervor and excitement at Beaconhouse E-11, as students from Early years , Lower primary and Primary levels came together to commemorate the occasion. The school buzzed with energy as students engaged in a variety of enriching activities. They poured their creativity into designing expressive posters that depicted messages of solidarity and support for the people of Kashmir.
In an assembly filled with touching moments and heartfelt tributes, the Nursery students at our school came together to observe Kashmir Day, casting a light on the significance of empathy, peace, and understanding from the purest of hearts. This special day, marked annually, serves as a reminder of the enduring spirit and resilience of the Kashmiri people, and our youngest participants paid homage in a manner that was both touching and profound.
Additionally, students penned heartfelt poems, expressing their empathy and compassion for the struggles faced by Kashmiris. The hallways came alive with colourful paintings, each stroke reflecting the beauty and resilience of Kashmiri culture.
Through these activities, students not only honed their artistic skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of empathy, compassion, and global solidarity.
