The annual Sports Day of Beaconhouse School System Harley Street Campus in Rawalpindi was an exciting and memorable event for students and teachers. It was held at the beautiful Ayub Park MidField Ground. Students from Grades 6 to 9 took part in many races and activities that filled the day with energy and joy. The school organized two separate sports days one for the middle and senior section and another for the remaining classes—so that every student could participate properly and enjoy the event.

The day included many fun and creative races. One of the most exciting was the Tic Tac Toe race, where students had to run quickly and think fast to place their marks on the board. There were also traditional sports such as Kabaddi, which brought great excitement to the crowd. In addition to races, students performed self-defence demonstrations, mass wrestling, and aerobics, which showed teamwork, discipline, and strength. The event was also supported by a strong commentator team that kept the audience engaged throughout the competitions.

A lot of hard work went into organizing the Sports Day. Teachers, school staff, and many workers showed great determination while setting up the ground, arranging equipment, and managing the schedule. There was also a dedicated management team that ensured every race and activity ran smoothly. Their effort made the event well organized and enjoyable for everyone present.

Students also shared their excitement about the event. These are a few quotes from grade 8 students:

“Sports Day was amazing. The races were fun and the atmosphere was full of energy,” said Fareed.

“I really enjoyed the Tic Tac Toe race. It was different and very exciting,” said Shahmeer.

The Kabaddi match was my favorite part. Everyone was cheering loudly,” said Ibrahim Dotani.

It was great to see students working together in the activities,” said Adil.

“I loved the performances like self-defence. It made the day special,” said Omar.

Overall, the Sports Day was a wonderful event that brought students, teachers, and staff together to celebrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit.
