We have all been there: the teacher announces the exam dates, and your stomach feels like a thousand jellybeans are jumping inside! But over time, I learned the trick to reduce exam stress. It is simple: study smarter, not harder.

Step One: Fix Your Space

I cannot study if there is noise. I also cannot study if my study table looks like a big dumpster of trash. That is a big challenge for me! So first, I clean my study table and organize all the essentials I need: books, pencils, highlighters, and most of all, my Chromebook.

Step Two: Face the Monster (aka the Exam Schedule)

When I opened my exam schedule, I saw my first exam was Maths! I checked what was coming, and my mind went blank. The most difficult chapters were on the list! After Maths came English, then SST, then Urdu, then Science, and finally Islamiat.

Step Three: Find Your Tools

I do not just stare at my books until I am tired. I watch videos to understand tough topics. For Science, I watch Dr. Binocs. For Math, I watch videos with Mr. J. For English, I find helpful videos too. Islamiat I study from the book. SST and Urdu? They are a piece of cake.

Step Four: Use the Pomodoro Trick

I use the Pomodoro technique. I study for 25 minutes, then take a short break. Then I study for another 25 minutes. In my breaks, I usually drink water, stretch a little bit, or even scroll through my phone. I also keep all my notes organized and neat so reviewing them is easy.

Step Five: Hope for the Best

After all this, I pray that I score higher than 95 percent!

The Secret Formula

Good planning, studying daily, and staying consistent are the best tips for exam success. At the end of the day, all the hard work will turn into success.
