Upholding its commitment to holistic student development, Beaconhouse Model Town Campus recently organized a Student Protection & Drug Awareness Training for its support staff, aligning with the 50th Anniversary Strategic Intent on Well-being.
The training was designed to strengthen staff awareness, empowering them to identify students’ needs, respond effectively, and follow safe reporting protocols.
Through a series of interactive discussions, case studies, and role-play activities, participants gained practical skills to observe attentively, act responsibly, and maintain confidentiality.
The session not only emphasized the importance of vigilance but also highlighted the essential role support staff play in safeguarding students and nurturing their overall well-being.
