The Beginning Teachers Preparatory Program (BTPP) at Beaconhouse Bahawalpur was a comprehensive and enriching professional development initiative designed to empower educators with knowledge, skills, and confidence for effective classroom practice. Led by Ma’am Afshan Ishaq and Ma’am Saira Zareen, the program provided teachers with exposure to new technologies, Beaconhouse policies, and tools and practices widely implemented across the network.
The sessions were interactive, engaging, and highly participatory, encouraging collaboration, discussion, and hands-on learning. Teachers explored innovative teaching strategies, shared professional experiences, and strengthened their understanding of effective classroom practices in a supportive and lively environment.
