Keeping our planet clean should be our utmost concern in present times. To fortify the sole purpose of celebrating Earth Day, the students of Class V participated in a special morning assembly. They presented speeches to highlight the causes of pollution on Earth and suggested some handy ways to keep our beloved home pollution free. They also presented a role play pinpointing the importance of reforestation, followed by a panel discussion on industrialization, which is becoming a threat to the sustainability of the life on Earth. In the end, students took the initiative of planting more trees in the school premises and also presented money plants to the school offices as a souvenir.
