Life is endowed to us as an unparalleled benison, but now it entirely reckons on us to which extent do we take it as so! In this era of life, continuous learning is as momentous as eupnea. To meet these crucial requisitions, training is something that grants adequate rostrum to the ones who not only live their lives but lead them. Being a teacher, it’s ones devoir to be a potent part of ones institution and training keeps you on the right track.
The staff of Beaconhouse Gojra Campus were given the fortuity to explore leaders in them and make new leaders in future by attending a stupendous training “ Leader In Me”. It was a 3 day journey to the luminous path conducted by Mr. Masood Mir.
The members were empowered to strengthen their existing skills and grasp new ones, ultimately helping to boost individual and organizational performance. Interactive activities were played and things were shown from different angles that changed members’ perspectives about different aspects of life. Astonishingly, the sessions were long yet without feeling of boredom. 7 habits of being a true leader were given the spotlight that were crazily amazing. Those 3 days changed the point of view that only a couple of people are blessed with the quality of being leaders into the one that “ everyone is born to lead”. Overall, it was the most fruitful training one can ever have!
