Feedback that inspires learning – Refresher Session for Teaching Staff A refresher session titled “Feedback that Inspires” was conducted by Ms. Shabana Maqsood (PDSI Lead), for all teaching staff.
The session focused on the importance of effective and constructive feedback as a powerful tool to enhance student learning outcomes, motivation, and growth. Through practical insights and reflective discussion, teachers revisited strategies to make feedback more purposeful, positive, and impactful in the classroom.
It was an engaging and thought-provoking session that reinforced our shared commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
