As part of our e-Steam Project, “Future Food & Medicine,” our students had the opportunity to interact with Phd. scholar Ms. Fatima Aziz, a Biotechnology professional, researcher, and Community Outreach Manager at UMER Welfare.
The session introduced students to the exciting possibilities of biotechnology and engineering in transforming the future of food and medicine. Students explored real-world applications while thinking critically about innovation, safety, sustainability, and ethical responsibility.
