JTC Lower Primary was honoured to host the Regional Round of Inter-school Maloomat-e-Aama Quiz which was held on 8th December 2022. Noor-us Saba Baqar the Urdu and Islamiyat Curriculum Manager and Ms. Rukhsana Naeem Deputy Manager of Urdu curriculum at Head Office bedecked the event with their presence. The esteemed Judges Mr. Abdul Rehman Sheikh the Quality Assurance Analyst and Ms. Sadia Sarmad the passionate storyteller who had a vast experience in copywriting, photography, advertising and teaching graced the occasion. School Heads were amidst the spectators to encourage the young participants and boost their confidence.
JTC School Head initiated the event while encouraging the students to take part in such competitions as these platforms stimulated students to take ownership of their knowledge when it comes to formal testing and enhance their overall growth and development.
There was representation of nine teams from nine clusters, each consisting of four participants. The quiz began with the introduction of the participants and explanation of the rules. It was an intriguing four round competition consisting of Infiradi Round, Boojho Tou Jaanay Round where visuals were displayed, Intikhabi Round and Buzzer Round. The students, with exhilarated high spirits, showcased their brilliance by rapidly answering the questions. The event witnessed enthusiastic preparation and participation of students.
Eventually after the nerve wrecking rounds, BSS Model Town Junior Campus bagged the first position, LMA 72-L and BSS Main Campus Hafizabad grabbed the second and third positions respectively.
The Quiz was a great success and participants enjoyed it thoroughly. In the end participants were awarded with certificates and the victorious team received shields and medals.
The judges and guests felicitated and appreciated the host branch for holding such positive competitions and shared their hopes to bring out the best in students through such competitive events.
