Annual dinner is that common platform where all of employees of an organization socialize to take forward their individual and common interests. If you have ever understood the power of networking, there is no better platform to realize it than a company’s annual dinner.
On March 3, 2023, Principal JTC B Ms. Attia Randhawa organised the annual dinner for her staff of all four sections (Junior, Primary, Middle and Senior). She believed that it is a great opportunity to strengthen the individual bonds as well as leave the differences behind and take forward the JTC’s interest in a comprehensive fashion. She opened the ceremony by praising her team and surprised them by her beautiful poem written for them. Her speech has uplifted the spirit of all teachers for the coming year.
Annual dinner event brought a great way to boost employee morale, validated their contribution to the organisaton and promoted their creativity in the best way to explore potential. School has given a platform to the individuals to showcase their hidden talent and nurture the sense of belonging as a team. It was a great get together to celebrate the successful year many more to come!
