On November 20th, the students and staff of Beaconhouse Johar Town Junior joined the global community in celebrating Universal Children’s Day. More than just a day off, this annual event—established by the United Nations—is dedicated to promoting international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children’s welfare.
At Beaconhouse Johar Town Junior, the focus was firmly on the joy, rights, and well-being of every child, turning the campus into a vibrant space of fun and learning.

The celebration began with an educational focus on the core values of the day: recognising the rights of every child. Through engaging, age-appropriate discussions and activities, students explored key principles such as the right to education, the right to play, and the right to safety.
- Pledge for Rights: Students created colourful posters and banners illustrating the rights they value most, turning classroom walls into a visual declaration of their entitlements and responsibilities.
