To introduce our kindergarteners to the Reader of the Month, “Oliver Who Would Not Sleep”, a delightful and immersive slumber party was organised at Johar Town Junior Branch, packed with stories, lullabies, themed learning activities, and endless fun!
Our little learners arrived at school beaming with excitement, dressed in their cutest night pyjamas, clutching their favourite stuffed toys, and carrying their special snacks. The spirit of the day was alive the moment they stepped in!
To set the perfect mood, an entire room was transformed into a cosy, dreamy space adorned with twinkling fairy lights, glowing stars on the ceiling, soft blankets, and decor inspired by the world of bedtime and imagination. The atmosphere was buzzing with joy, echoing with laughter, cheerful chatter, and the giggles of children sharing stories and dreams.
Throughout the day, students participated in a range of engaging, sleep-themed activities, from enchanting story time sessions under the “starry sky” to interactive games and lullaby sing-alongs. Indoor story corners and “starry decor” added an extra touch of magic, encouraging imagination, creativity, and exploration.
The event was not just about fun; it also provided a meaningful opportunity for our young ones to relax, express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop essential social skills in a safe and nurturing environment. We truly had a gala time with our tiny tots, making memories that will last a lifetime. Here is a little sneak peek into the magical day we shared!!!
