At Beaconhouse Johar Town Junior Branch, we kicked off the new school year with a vibrant butterfly-themed Welcome Day, celebrating the limitless potential of our pre-nursery students. This annual event is more than a school introduction; it’s an immersive experience highlighting our school’s culture and values.
From the moment families arrived, the Butterfly Theme set a whimsical tone with colourful decorations. The day was brimming with engaging activities designed to create lasting memories.
Little hands were busy creating unique masterpieces with paint. Children explored their artistic side by making beautiful butterfly crafts. Our engaging math games turned numbers into a playful adventure. Technology met fun at our IT Games station. Welcome Day became an even more exhilarating experience with the bounce-on jumping castle. Tiny chefs have the experience to stir, mix, and taste simple recipes. Our sand tray activity allowed children to play and explore textures while creating imaginative landscapes. In keeping with our theme of growth and potential, students planted seeds and learned about the wonders of nature. Young scientists delved into simple experiments and discoveries in our science lab. To top it all off, our Brain Gym activities challenged students with puzzles and games that exercised their cognitive skills while keeping the fun alive.
