Gratitude is a two-way street, to thank and appreciate the love and the kind support of leaders who dedicate a great deal of time and energy to the organization and employees’ development. In order to show our gratitude to the extraordinary efforts of our boss Madam Shakeeba Latif, we, at Johar Town Junior Branch, celebrated ‘Happy Boss Day’.
The moment Madam Shakeeba entered the office, she was astonished to see the fabulous arrangement and decor; the colorful balloons, gifts, fresh flowers, cards, buntings and banners expressing heartfelt sentiments conveyed the deep down emotions of the staff members very well. The cherry on the top was the customized ‘Happy Boss Day’ cake. She truly adored this gesture and cherished every bit of this festivity with staff. Reciprocating gratitude build trust between leaders and employees and strengthen the ties of the team.
