The best way to instill the idea or knowledge of history is to have the students experience it practically. It is one of the best tools that we can use to provide every student with real-world experiences and ofcourse a field trip to an Art museum shows increased empathy, tolerance and critical thinking skills.\u00a0For the same reason, Beaconhouse had arranged the field trip to PAF museum. On 24th<\/sup> and 25th<\/sup> of November, for students of Grade 8 and 7.<\/p>\n

It was their first trip after COVID crisis! The thrill of excitement ran among the students. Before leaving, students were given all the necessary instructions by Ms. Nausheen Murshad with regards to the safety and security during the trip.<\/p>\n

The weather was nice and warm, perfect for a field trip. The buses were comfortable and spacious. Students had a gala time on the bus. Upon reaching the museum, a warm welcome was given and they were led into the Museum. It is here that the students got to see the planes and fighter jets of Pakistan, in person. They were enlightened with the history of manufacturing of the planes especially \u2018Meraj\u2019 by none other than our Security Incharge, Sir Rizwan. It was apparent that the students were having a great time viewing the rich history of Pakistan\u2019s Air Force.<\/p>\n

Later, students revitalized their energy in the cafeteria area with food and lively chat. In addition to that, they bought souvenirs as memories.<\/p>\n

In a nutshell, this visit has jump-started a dormant sense of patriotism among the students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
