With regards to the drive for improving socially acceptable behaviour, all class teachers from grades 6 to 8 first discussed the importance of the set criteria with students. Students were then observed for 15 days to see if they were showing a shift in behaviour and details were recorded. Next, class teachers collaborated with their group of subject teachers to select two students who displayed the best behaviour with regards to the theme of the two weeks. Selected students from each section were awarded with motivational badges for their improved behaviour. Criteria for the first week was to show a positive mind set.

Next students were observed showing “Empathy” .

This activity is definitely helping to bring a positive change in students’ behaviour.
