Out of all the subjects I learn in school, Maths is my absolute favourite! Some students think Maths is hard or boring, but to me, it feels like solving fun puzzles and playing with numbers.
I enjoy Maths because it makes me think logically. Whether it’s addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division, I like how everything has a clear answer. I feel proud when I solve a tricky problem or finish a worksheet quickly and correctly.
One chapter I especially enjoy is Fractions and Decimals. At first, it looked confusing — all those tiny numbers and lines! But once I understood it, I started to love how neatly everything fits together.
Fractions help me divide things equally — like sharing a pizza or splitting chocolates with friends. Decimals are fun too, especially when I work with money, measurements, or weights. I feel like a mini calculator when I solve decimal sums!
Maths is not just in the classroom. I see it everywhere! When I go shopping with my parents, I help them calculate the total cost. When we bake at home, I measure ingredients. Even games like Sudoku and board games involve Maths skills.
My Maths teacher is very kind and always explains things in a simple way. She gives us fun activities and math games that make learning exciting.
I believe Maths helps us in everyday life, and it also helps us become better problem-solvers. That’s why Maths is not just my favourite subject — it’s also my friend!
