It helps in regulating emotions with development of self-esteem. Sports foster enhancement of social skills such as cooperation, patience and empathy. It also brings numerous physical health benefits and nurtures decision making power in youngsters. \u00a0It instils qualities such as discipline, sportsmanship and leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Primary Campus- I, North Nazimabad organized Annual Sports Day, 2022 at \u201cMuhammad Siddique Memon Scout Sports Complex\u201d for their young energetic students from Classes 1 to 7 to showcase their skills.<\/p>\n<p>The theme for the sports day was:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u201cSports &#8211; Unity in diversity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Fitter \u2013 Healthier \u2013 Happier!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The idea behind the theme was to display harmony and encourage teamwork among students from diverse backgrounds. Unity in Diversity makes us respect others\u2019 beliefs and develop acceptance. The theme also emphasized on staying healthy.<\/p>\n<p>The event began with recitation and translation from the Holy Quran followed by National Anthem. Yoga is a harmonious balance between mind, body and soul measured in tender peaceful moments. Students displayed 21 yoga poses which were a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. They also used flutes and tambourines to present different tunes. This Korean form of martial art teaches techniques of self-defense. This art is a brilliant way of achieving mental balance and developing better control of the body. Our young athletes showcased their full strength as they ran towards the finish line. Each and every student was a part of the Annual Sports Day. The winners were awarded with trophies and others received medals of participation. Photographs of the event were expertly captured throughout the Event.
