At Beaconhouse Primary I North Nazimabad, our Animal Allies team recently had the privilege of visiting the RPK Critter Care and Animal Hospital. This was an exciting and educational opportunity for our students, where they got to explore the world of animal care and deepen their understanding of the importance of compassion towards our furry and feathery friends.
The day began with a warm welcome from the RPK staff, who provided us with an overview of the services they offer, from routine check-ups to emergency care. Students were able to see firsthand how the hospital functions and the vital role it plays in safeguarding the health of animals.
Interactive Learning Experience
One of the highlights of the visit was the hands-on experience students had with some of the animals in the hospital. The team at RPK introduced our students to various species, from domestic pets to exotic animals, and explained the special care each requires. Students were fascinated by the different medical equipment and techniques used in treating animals, especially the role of veterinary nurses and doctors.
