During the last working week of December 2021, BSS NNPII expressed its love for the Urdu language by celebrating “Urdu Week”. This delightful week was ornamented with a bunch of several exciting and invigorating activities. One of such tremendous activities was the beautiful Urdu language genre “Bait Bazi”.
Headmistress Incharge Ms. Aisha Haseeb and Senior Mistress Ms. Iram Nadeem graced the occasion as special guests.
Grade 5 students participated brilliantly and displayed their utmost aptitude and talent in this genre. They promptly kept the rhythm and their selection of poetic verses was enthralling.
The audience profoundly enjoyed the program and appreciated the participants earnestly with thunders of applause.
Judges Ms. Tehzeeb Dawar and Ms. Rohi Yameen paid noteworthy tributes to all the efforts of the contestants. They specially applauded the efforts of activity teacher Ms. Kanwal Afzal on planning and executing the event immaculately.
Urdu teachers Ms. Kanwal Afzal and Ms. Neelam Hashmi trained all of the participants by going an extra mile to make the event worthy and memorable.
At the end of the ceremony, the successful students were awarded trophies and certificates of appreciation. Head Mistress Incharge Ms. Aisha Haseeb presented honorary trophies and certificates to the participants and commended them for their hard work.
The prestigious ceremony was made possible with dedicated directions of Urdu teacher Ms. Yasmeen and the background score of Music teacher Sir. Syed Khalid Bukhari.
