The multidimensional curriculum of Beaconhouse School System engages numerous channels to stimulate students’ learning. Our activities are always designed carefully to attain the dedicated task without making them boring or a burden.
One of such activities was creatively curated and conducted by our creative Urdu teachers of grade 5. The activity involved the amazing riddles session and students thoroughly enjoyed the execution.
Riddles offer a great way to engage a student with learning, whilst sharpening their metalinguistic awareness and problem-solving skills.
Urdu teacher Ms. Kanwal Afzal prepared her students very well for the presentation. They were given a detailed overview regarding rules and regulations of asking and guessing riddles.
Students learnt a variety of new vocabulary and got the chance to understand practical usage of a single word in different contexts.
The activity received a hearty appraisal from both the students and senior teachers.
