Students of Grade 1 had an activity on animals related to the new theme of their curriculum “pet animals” in which they talked about their pet and favourite animals. The activity was conducted to enhance their urdu vocabulary and linguistic skills.
The theme “Pet Animals” was celebrated with enthusiasm in the form of a show and tell activity. Students came to school dressed in beautiful coloured clothes. They brought variety of toy animals for the activity and expressed confidently about their pet animals. This activity gave the students an opportunity to stand up in front of their peers and speak with confidence. It helped children in developing effective communication skills.
It was a fantastic effort on behalf of the students and the Urdu teachers. Well-done and keep it up!
