What a fancactus event it was. At Askari X Beaconhouse we dare to be different from the others. The theme chosen was to Fun with cactus. The decor was suffused with bright colours of green, pink, yellow and orange.
Students were provided with the name tags of their respective classes where they were introduced to their enthusiastic teachers. The sparkling eyes with merriment widened when students received goody bags from their respective class teachers. The beautiful stall setups were worthy of attention. Parents and students were bedazzled by the displays. The areas were divided into different categories:
- Muffin Making
Here at this stall our beautiful teachers made the muffin decorating even more tempting by giving students the opportunity to decorate their own cupcakse by choosing the icing and toppings of their own choice. The little chefs rocked the designing.
- Construction corner
The most favorite corner of all the students. The freedom to play, built and learn made it more exclusive. Students were provided with different varieties of construction blocks.
- Hand printing
A beautiful hand print on the canvas was a delight to watch and create. An impression that will be kept forever not in the hearts only but on the walls too.
- Craft making
The craft making of a cactus in a pot was the initiative to make the children love the plants without flowers. As we all know beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
- The free play areas included sand tubs, ball sorting, and much more fun filled activities.
- The refreshment goodies for the parents and kids
- The jumping castle setup along with popcorns and candy floss was the crème de la crème.
The photo booth setups gave the opportunity to the parents to pose with their tiny angels. The rockstars posers we had at BSS Askari X made us all proud. The event came to an end with the big bang of musical presentation by the little vivacious children. What a proud moment for all the parents to see their children welcomed in a funcactus way!
