On 13th January 2026, the Lighthouse Culture Team came together in the Primary staffroom to reflect, plan, and take meaningful steps towards further strengthening leadership culture within our school.<\/p>\n

\nWeekly meetings will be held with the Student Lighthouse Team, where students will be entrusted with leadership roles and encouraged to involve peers\u2014promoting ownership, collaboration, and shared leadership.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Celebrating the 7 Habits
\nEach month, students who demonstrate the 7 Habits will be identified and celebrated. Their names will proudly shine on our LIM Tree, reinforcing positive behaviour and leadership values.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Pause Bench Initiative
\nThe team discussed strengthening the Pause Bench initiative. Informative posters explaining its purpose and proper use have been designed and will be displayed near the bench.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Student Awareness & Emotional Support
\nThe Student Lighthouse Team, along with teachers, will guide students on the effective use of the Pause Bench\u2014supporting emotional regulation, empathy, and a positive return to learning.<\/p>\n
