Over four intensive days, 15 SEN Resource Teachers from different branches across the North Region came together for a valuable professional learning experience led by our SEN Program Manager, Dr. Sajeela.<\/p>\n<p>The training focused on strengthening teachers\u2019 understanding and practice in key areas of Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. Teachers explored IEP development, with a focus on setting meaningful SEN goals and working towards them effectively. They also received hands-on training in VABS, including its administration, scoring, and interpretation, along with practical classroom behaviour management strategies to better support their students.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the knowledge and skills gained, the training provided a wonderful opportunity for teachers to learn, collaborate, reflect, and share professional insights.
