A recent meeting with the LIM Ambassador Team, led by the Adult Lighthouse Team, focused on strengthening student leadership while nurturing emotional intelligence across the school.<br \/>\nDuring the session, students were clearly briefed about their upcoming tasks and responsibilities, helping them understand the importance of their roles as positive influencers within the school community. The discussion emphasized accountability, collaboration, and purposeful leadership.<br \/>\nKey focus areas discussed included:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc8eSelection of SHARED members to encourage teamwork, responsibility, and shared ownership of leadership roles.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udc8eRegular monitoring of the Emotional Account during PSHE lessons to ensure emotions are managed respectfully and positively, supporting students\u2019 overall wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcac \u201cLeadership is not about being in charge, but about taking responsibility for others.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With the continued guidance of the Adult Lighthouse Team, our LIM Ambassadors are being empowered to lead with empathy, confidence, and integrity\u2014laying the foundation for a positive and emotionally aware school culture. \ud83c\udf31\u2728<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83c\udf1f Nurturing Leadership Through Guidance and Purpose \ud83c\udf1f Strong leadership begins with clear guidance and a shared vision.
