> “Inclusion is not about placing children with different needs into classrooms—it’s about transforming classrooms so that every child belongs.”
Living by this belief, Ms. Musleha Majid, Instructional Coach at Beaconhouse Civil Lines Campus Rawalpindi, recently took part in a specialized training on inclusive education conducted in collaboration with the Karachi Down Syndrome Programme (KDSP).
The session, led by Mr. Shoaib Rasheed, an accomplished educational trainer known for his practical and impactful approach, focused on equipping teachers with strategies to support children with diverse learning needs—particularly students with Down syndrome.
Through this training, educators explored ways to create classrooms that are more adaptive, compassionate, and responsive, ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to thrive.
Ms. Musleha Majid’s active engagement reflects her dedication to building a culture of equity, diversity, and student-centered learning at BCLR. Her participation is a powerful reminder that great educators are those who never stop learning themselves.
At BCLR, we remain committed to making inclusive education a reality—because every child deserves to feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
