The air at BCLR was alive with energy and anticipation on 28th July, as teachers reunited after the summer break to mark the beginning of a brand new academic year. With warm smiles, open hearts and a renewed sense of purpose, the staff stepped into school ready to inspire and be inspired.
The day began with the first Staff General Meeting (SGM), led by our esteemed Head, Ms. Aisha Ali. Her motivating words set a hopeful and unified tone, reminding everyone of our shared mission to nurture young minds and strive for excellence together.
This year, we were delighted to welcome new teachers at various levels. Their fresh perspectives and enthusiastic energy added to the day’s sense of renewal and promise. New smiles, new faces, and new hopes filled the space, signaling a positive start to the term ahead.
Following the meeting, a refreshing tea was served, a thoughtful gesture that not only recharged spirits but also fostered a sense of community and connection among colleagues.
