Curiosity sparkled and excitement filled the room as our young learners from KG Red set off on a delightful Sea Shell Adventure 🌊🐚. Through a thoughtfully planned real-life learning experience, students explored sea shells using their senses—looking closely 👀, touching gently, listening carefully 🎧, and moving with joy.
This multi-sensory approach helped children observe the textures, shapes and sounds of sea shells, nurturing their observation skills, curiosity and early scientific thinking in a natural and engaging way. Each shell became a tiny treasure, inviting questions, wonder and meaningful conversations 🗣️✨.
Inspired by their exploration, the learning beautifully flowed into their Visual Arts lesson 🎨. With eager hands and imaginative minds, students expressed their understanding by drawing sea shells, experimenting with vibrant colours 🌈, lines and creative patterns ✨. This activity supported fine motor development, self-expression and creative confidence, while allowing children to transform their real-world experiences into art.
