Friction Frenzy: Class 4 Orange on a Scientific Mission!
Science came alive today at BCLR as our Class 4 Orange students embarked on an exciting exploration of friction! With hands-on activities, real-life scenarios, and collaborative learning, they discovered how this invisible force is both a helpful ally and a tricky opponent.
Through station learning, group discussions, and pair work, our young scientists tackled thought-provoking challenges. They analyzed how friction slows things down, helps us grip surfaces, and even causes wear and tear. From brainstorming ways to reduce friction in machines to appreciating how it keeps our shoes from slipping, their curiosity knew no bounds!
Laughter, learning, and lively debates filled the classroom as students applied critical thinking to solve friction-related problems. Whether testing objects on different surfaces or discussing the role of friction in everyday life, they proved that science is not just about facts, it’s about exploration, discovery, and teamwork!
Hats off to our budding scientists for their enthusiasm and problem-solving skills! With minds as bright as theirs, the future of science looks promising.
