DRP Day 1: A Powerful Start to being a Reflective Practitioner
The Developing Reflective Practitioner (DRP) Day 1 was successfully held on Friday, November 27, 2025, at Cluster N-05, led by Instructional Coaches Shazia Yousaf (IC BCLR) and Arzoo Shabbir (IC BSTRB). The session proved highly fruitful, owing to the exceptional support, coordination, and commitment of the Cluster Team, whose seamless collaboration enabled the facilitators to devote their full energy to purposeful content delivery and participant engagement.
This unified effort fostered an enriching and conducive learning atmosphere, where participants engaged wholeheartedly, contributed thoughtfully, and demonstrated a genuine eagerness to transfer new learning into their classroom practices. The environment reflected a strong culture of professional growth, with teachers showing readiness to examine their assumptions, challenge their thinking, and embrace innovative pedagogical approaches.
The shared enthusiasm and reflective spirit present throughout the day laid a robust foundation for deeper inquiry, ensuring a positive momentum for the upcoming DRP sessions.
