A productive meeting was recently conducted by our School Coordinator, Ms. Zainab Shiram, with the Lighthouse Team members and PSHE teachers as part of the Leader in Me initiative.
During the session, participants were guided in detail on how to effectively work with the 4Dx chart. Clear instructions were shared on marking student scores on classroom scoreboards, which will collectively contribute to the school scoreboard.
This structured approach is directly linked to the School WIG, ensuring that students across all classes actively participate and take ownership of their role in achieving shared school goals. Through this initiative, every student’s effort counts, fostering responsibility, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
