Strengthening Safety Through Preparedness and Teamwork

At Civil Lines Campus, the safety and well-being of our students and staff remain a top priority. In line with this commitment, an important and reassuring security awareness session was conducted for all school teachers under the leadership of our Head of School, Ms. Aisha Ali. The session aimed to reinforce security protocols and ensure that every staff member is well-prepared to respond effectively in any emergency situation.
During the session, teachers were thoroughly briefed on the roles and responsibilities of CRT (Crisis Response Team) members. Clear guidelines were shared to eliminate confusion and build confidence, enabling teachers to act promptly and calmly when required. The Security Supervisor further elaborated on the specific duties of each team during different types of emergencies, highlighting the importance of coordination, communication, and quick decision-making.
The session also served as a reminder that safety is a shared responsibility. Every teacher plays a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by staying alert, informed, and prepared. Through open discussion and guided explanations, staff members were encouraged to ask questions and clarify procedures, ensuring a collective understanding of safety measures across the campus.
