🌟 Empowering Educators in Action: BTPP Training at Beaconhouse Civil Lines Campus 🌟
At Beaconhouse Civil Lines Campus, learning is a lifelong journey — not only for students but for teachers as well. In line with this belief, the Beaconhouse Teacher Preparation Programme (BTPP) is currently underway, bringing together newly inducted teachers from Cluster N-05 for an enriching six-week professional learning experience.
Guided by our dynamic and dedicated Induction Coordinators, Ms. Munazza Mehmood and Ms. Musleha Majid, the training has created a platform for teachers to grow, reflect, and align themselves with the Beaconhouse vision of excellence in education. The sessions have been a blend of theory and practice, designed to equip teachers with the essential tools and understanding needed to thrive in the classroom.
Throughout the training, participants have explored the core aspects of effective teaching — from classroom management and lesson planning to assessments, differentiation, and professional reflection.
