Breathe in… breathe out… and dig deeper! 🌬🫁
Have you ever wondered how the air you breathe makes its way through your body? From your nose ➡ down the windpipe ➡ into your balloon-like lungs ➡ and back out again—it’s an incredible journey that keeps us alive every second of the day.
To truly understand this fascinating process, our Grade 5 students stepped into the world of hands-on science with a fun and creative activity using balloons and straws. 🎈🥤
With curious minds and eager hands, they built a simple model that showed how lungs work. As they blew into the straw, the balloon “lungs” expanded, just like in our bodies when we breathe in. When they stopped, the balloons deflated, showing the process of breathing out. Watching this invisible process come alive was both exciting and eye-opening!
This interactive experiment turned complex biology into a clear and memorable experience. Students didn’t just learn about breathing—they could actually see and feel how the mechanism works. 🎨🔍
Through teamwork, observation, and discovery, Grade 5 proved that science isn’t just found in textbooks—it’s all around us, waiting to be explored.
So, the next time you inhale knowledge and exhale curiosity, remember: learning is just like breathing—constant, vital, and full of wonder!
