Curiosity and technology came together as the students of Grade 5 Blue and Grade 5 Green embarked on an engaging Chromebook-based learning activity to explore the concept of biomagnification. ☣️💻
Through interactive visual simulations and guided digital tasks, students discovered how toxic substances gradually increase in concentration as they move up the food chain. By following the journey of these chemicals from small organisms to larger predators, they gained a clear understanding of how pollutants accumulate within ecosystems.
The activity allowed students to visualize complex environmental processes, making it easier for them to grasp how harmful chemicals can affect wildlife, ecosystems, and even human health.
