Strong leadership begins with clear guidance and a shared vision. A recent meeting with the LIM Ambassador Team, led by the Adult Lighthouse Team, focused on strengthening student leadership while nurturing emotional intelligence across the school.
During the session, students were clearly briefed about their upcoming tasks and responsibilities, helping them understand the importance of their roles as positive influencers within the school community. The discussion emphasized accountability, collaboration, and purposeful leadership.
Key focus areas discussed included:
